Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized between rentals?

Yes — units are checked and cleaned as part of our regular process between rentals, since we want every family to get a unit that looks and feels fresh, not just one that inflates correctly.

Our takedown process includes a general wipe-down and inspection for any wear, tears or issues that need attention before the unit goes out again. If a unit needs a deeper clean after a particularly messy event, that happens before its next booking.

If you ever have a specific concern about a unit's condition on delivery day, mention it to our crew directly — we'd rather hear about it on the spot than after the fact.
