Can water slides be used with well water?

No, we ask that our water slides only be connected to municipal water, not a well. Well water often carries dissolved minerals like iron or calcium, and when that water runs across the vinyl surface of an inflatable slide repeatedly, it can leave stains and residue that are very difficult to clean off.

This matters for us because it protects the equipment for the next family renting it, and it matters for your event too — nobody wants a slide that's visibly stained partway through the day.

If your property is on a well, it's still sometimes possible to arrange water another way, such as filling from a municipal source elsewhere and bringing it to site. Mention it when you book and we can talk through options for your specific setup.
