Do I need a deposit to book a bounce house rental?

No — we don't require a deposit to hold your date. A lot of rental companies ask for money up front just to lock in a booking, but we've kept our process simpler than that.

Once you send a request through our booking form with your event date, address and the unit you're interested in, Chelsey checks it against our current bookings and confirms with you directly, usually the same day. Full payment for the rental is due when we arrive to deliver and set up, not before.

If your plans change before your event, reach out as soon as you can. Since no money has changed hands yet, adjusting or moving a date is usually a quick conversation rather than a refund process.
