How do I prepare my yard before delivery?

A little prep before we arrive makes setup faster and helps our crew get your unit ready sooner. Start by clearing the intended setup spot of any toys, furniture, sticks, rocks or pet waste, and give the grass a mow if it's grown long.

Double-check that the area matches the recommended setup size listed on your rental's page, with a few feet of buffer on each side, and confirm there's a working outlet within about 50 feet, ideally one you've tested recently.

If you have pets, it's worth keeping them inside or away from the setup area while our crew works and while the unit is being inflated, just for everyone's safety and to keep the process quick.
