Is a deposit refundable if I cancel?

Since we don't charge a deposit to hold your date in the first place, there's nothing to refund if your plans change before your event. Full payment isn't collected until we arrive to set up.

That said, we'd appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your date, since it affects our scheduling and may open the slot up for someone else who's been trying to book that unit.
