What happens if it rains on my rental day?

A little rain on its own usually isn't a dealbreaker — most of our bounce houses can be used damp, and kids often don't mind a light drizzle. What matters more is lightning, heavy rain, or wind, all of which make an inflatable unsafe to run.

If severe weather is forecast for your event day, get in touch as early as you can. Because we don't charge a deposit, rescheduling around bad weather is a straightforward conversation rather than something tied up in a refund process.

For dry-use-only units specifically — several of our bounce houses are labelled this way — we ask that they not be used in the rain at all, since standing water inside changes how safely the unit performs. Water slides, by contrast, are designed to get wet and handle light rain fine as long as there's no lightning around.
