What time will my rental be delivered?

We schedule delivery based on your event's start time and how our deliveries line up for that day, rather than promising every customer the same fixed drop-off time. That lets us fit more deliveries in efficiently while still getting your unit set up before guests arrive.

When Chelsey confirms your booking, she'll also confirm a general delivery window so you know roughly when to expect our crew. If your event has a hard start time, mention it clearly on the booking form so we can plan around it.

Standard rental hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and delivery is timed to have your unit ready before your event actually starts.
